I should be working on my stole, but let's get to that later. First, take a look at this:
That is the beginning of the Angelina Vintage Jacket from White Lies Designs:
I am knitting it with, get this, Bouton D'or Angora 70. That's right, 70% angora, 30% wool. This stuff is HEAVEN to knit and keeps my fingers nice and toasty. I bought this pattern from Elann last month when I snagged some Silkroad Aran Tweed, but I wasn't sure when I would get to it. Well, the time has come. I love the look of the jacket, and the pattern has a really interesting construction. Very exciting!
Hey - nice lookin' Butterfly there - I like the randomness!
And to answer your question in your comment - the stripy orange/green/yellow one *is* Kureyon...it's in color #75 that I got at http://www.woolneedlework.com/Yarn/kureyon_,_noro.shtml
