On the way to the reception last Sunday, I noticed an Oberweis billboard. According to one of my co-workers that lives out that way, there is indeed an Oberweis parlor down that road. Evidently, it's a relatively new - opened up a few months ago. The even better news is that there's going to be one opening closer to where I live. Regardless of the distance, I think a field trip is in order...Oberweis is JUST THAT GOOD.
I don't know, if I had a Ted Drewes around I probably wouldn't miss Oberweis so much.

Ted Drewes - most super excellent frozen custard. I made an entry about it earlier.
So, would this entry come out as: I recently had a conversation with M and M about Oberwies. While M agreed that Oberweis is all that, M stated that having a Tim Drewes around would settle for him. I had to correct M that it was in fact a Ted Drewes.....
My apologies if I am making fun with relative impunity, but it's hard to resist the obviousness of the situation.
So when are we going to Oberweis for lunch?
