Know what the sad thing is? The groom will throw it, some dude will catch it, and when he gets home he'll stuff it in a drawer and never look at it again with no appreciation for the lovelyness of handknits... *sniff*

Now that's super cute. I attempted making a garter for my wedding when I hadn't been knitting all that long - it kicked my a**!
