One glove down (knitting-wise), and one to go!
I cast on yesterday for the second glove, and I'm almost done with the ribbing at the bottom. I'm trying not to think about all of the ends I'm going to have to weave in by Sunday, so let's not remind me, ok?
Next up from me: the haul from Stitches
What is this "weaving in of ends"? They're on the inside and who sees that ever?
Posted by: Gina at February 20, 2006 10:06 AMYeah, maybe you should call these Turkish gloves and leave the ends hanging. It's traditional!
Posted by: Cookie at February 20, 2006 10:26 AMLove the gloves, they look great. And I totally agree, forget weaving in the ends... Good luck with the next glove!
Posted by: Jen at February 20, 2006 12:04 PMYay! Weaving in the ends of gloves is easy and fast ... believe me, I hate weaving in ends too, but strangely I finished up the job so fast for my gloves that I am still amazed.
Posted by: Agnes at February 20, 2006 1:26 PMWow! I love them! It's also so darn chilly out in the mornings now that you'll be able to wear them a lot this spring.
