I'm so sorry that we've been MIA for so long. There's been a lot of craziness with the holidays and all, and then with my camera and computer, posting was really kind of brought to a halt.
For today, just a list of all of the knit gifts I gave this Christmas:
Bad Penny sweater for Mom
Jungle Socks for Dad
Hat for brother2 from some lovely green and gray 100% alpaca
Scarf for MIL in garter stitch with cha cha and homespun
Hat/Scarf set for niece from a mix of a green and blue Sirdar Snowflake
Big Bad Baby Blanket
Felted purse for SIL in pink kool-aid dyed
Felted purse for lead singer in hand-dyed crazy blue/green/yellow
I got lots of yarn from C, some of which has already become socks that I will take a picture of soon (with her camera), and a few books from my parents about knitting.
Christmas was nice and restful and I'm very thankful for having such a great holiday season.
Glad to be back home, too!
Did you get new comments? You are awesome for making so many gifts! When did you start, five years ago??? I didn't get any yarn for christmas, but I got some knitty items.
