Back from the north

Toronto was a blast! We ate at some fancy restaurants Canoe and Rain. J took me on a tour of all the places he used to live. We walked around a lot. And we ate at a Swiss Chalet. I didn't manage to get any knitting done except on the plane, so a picture of my progress would be sad. I did manage to get to Lettuce Knit where I picked up a pair of Brittany birch needles for my friend's birthday present. I also went to Romni where I experienced yarn overload. They might possibly have had *too* much stuff. There was no possible way I could have looked through all of it, and I was pressed for time, so I did not get anything from Romni. Shucks.

The most exciting thing I discovered was that J's circle of friends includes several knitters who are interested in starting their own knitting blog. Teehee.

Welcome back. I've read other blogs mention Romni, and I'm glad to make it to the store. Even if it was for a short visit.
