We've booked tickets to SF at the end of the month, so K and I will hopefully meet up and get lots of knitting done then. In the meantime, I've been working on a secret knitting project. It is consuming me. I'm too tired to calculate how many stitches I've done already, but it's well over the 15,000 mark. I think the finished product should be near 50,000.
Also, I snagged some mysterious Fantacia brand yarn from a thrift store. Does anybody know anything about Fantacia? It says it's from Italy, and it looks very old and dusty. Maybe I'll post a picture later.
Haven't heard of it, but isn't thrift store yarn great? I just bought some stuff on ebay (shocker) that's called Lanas Laura, so of course I had to get it! :) But it didn't even come up on Google. Talk about unheard of!

Even cheaper than Ebay because I didn't have to pay for shipping (or even parking -- I looooooove Village Discount and their parking lots). And I can't feel guilty about increasing my yarn stash with 82 cents worth of yarn (a full 10 ball bag!). Teehee. I'm giddy.
