I've been absorbed by math, so knitting progress has been slow. I did finish the FUBAR cabled hat, and J likes it better than the hat I knit for him (I should get a picture of him wearing it). His comment was along the lines of "That actually looks like it was worth knitting. It's not as plain." Ah, I love his tact. But hey, maybe this means someday I can knit him a cabled sweater, and he'll appreciate it, though I'm thinking probably not. Heck, I don't even want to wear a cabled sweater. I just want to knit one.
I said I would finish two unfinished projects before beginning another one. I'm guessing the next one will be the left glove to go with my right glove. I cast on last night and finished the ribbing.
But alas, math calls me, so pictures will have to wait until later.
