Okay, so clearly the new Rowan R2 sucked. In search of other summery inspirations, this is what I actually like:
A tank top from Gedifra Highlights 041
A bunch of stuf from Katia Book 46 looks kinda cool. Sort of like some of the R2 stuff, but less trashy and hideous.
Stuff from Tahki - Stacy Charles (yes, I really do like that orange multi-colored one because I'm crazy)
I like the Katia book a lot! There were several other things in there that were really nice too ... but I couldn't figure out how to make anything like them without a pattern, so I'd definitely have to spend the money to get it ...
