I finished my first project with one of our own hand-dyed yarns. C may have finished one as well, but she hasn't posted, so there.
Big G claims that he will actually wear this hat, though I have my doubts. It looks cute on me, however, so all will be well. It's the C school of knitting gifting.
I also swatched some of the cotton that we weren't real sure about, and I think it looks good. This is it on size 7 needles, to give you some idea of size (rulers just ruin the photos, you know)...
Up next: Pics of some of the other colors that I haven't shown yet. Maybe I'll even learn how to do it as a part of a gallery! Woot!
