this battlestation is armed and fully operational

thanks to mike kim for setting up my blog and for the graphic design!

i'm still figuring this out, so expect a little weirdness for a little bit. the main reason i started this blog actually is so i can keep track of things going on/i'm thinking about in my life. if it turns out to be useful as a vehicle for keeping my friends up with me (and vice versa), then that would be sweet. if so, let me know!

anyway, let's see if this thing is working...

Cool it works. And I guess it was just POWER. Hm. It's been a while since I've watched that movie. Maybe I shall have to remedy this situation.

I think the problem is that all the current distros of greymatter, no matter what they might claim, are in DOS format (as far as CRLF stuff goes). Hence the file size differences, etc. Copying over from an old install seemed to fix things.
